We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to join a growing Perth-based cleaning company on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services while developing and managing a professional team. As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will report to the Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across both commercial and residential cleaning projects throughout the Perth metro area. You'll balance on-site supervision, hands-on cleaning duties, and team management while maintaining the high standards the clients expect. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, coordinate and support a team of cleaners across multiple sites Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with company standards Assist with cleaning tasks across commercial, residential, vacate/bond, and post-construction projects Manage rostering, job allocation and workflow to ensure efficient service delivery Train and mentor new team members, fostering a culture of excellence Handle client communications, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain cleaning records, compliance documentation and supply inventory Liaise with management on operational matters and team performance Work autonomously to problem-solve and make decisions in the field Ensure all work meets WHS requirements and company policies Essential Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in cleaning operations or cleaning leadership role Proven supervisory or team leadership experience Current National Police Clearance (within 3 months of application) Full driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to perform cleaning duties as required Willing to provide past 5 years of employment history Highly Desirable: Carpet cleaning, pressure washing and window cleaning experience Experience with commercial, residential, medical and post-construction cleaning Knowledge of cleaning compliance standards and WHS regulations What We Offer: Competitive salary of $60,000 Superannuation Full-time permanent position with job security Opportunity to develop your leadership skills and grow with the company Supportive work environment with a professional team Variety of projects across diverse sectors If you're a motivated professional who thrives on delivering results, leading teams, and maintaining the highest cleaning standards, we want to hear from you.
